Happy Thanksgiving!

When the camera is out, it's hard to get Colton to smile.
This Thanksgiving we started off at my parents' house with the Glassman side of the family and then went to Bucca di Beppo's with the Dickson side later in the evening.
In the spirit of Thanksgiving, here are a few things I am thankful for:
-First and foremost, my husband and two beautiful children. They are what I live for. I have more love for them than can be measured. They bring more laughter and love than I could have ever imagined.
-I am so grateful to belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. I cherish the bible and Book of Mormon. I am grateful for my Savior Jesus Christ and his atoning sacrifice. I am grateful to live in a time that we have the restored gospel with a Prophet at the head of our church with 12 apostles.
-I am grateful for amazing parents that have been a good example for me. I appreciate my parents now more than ever as I understand how difficult parenting can be and see how much work it is.
-My brothers and extended family.
-Devin having a job.

Little friends!

It only took Colton about 6 months to warm up to Brekyn...and now he LOVES to play with her. I think her sitting up and army crawling has helped him see her as more of a playmate rather than just a baby. He loves the attention she gives him. He loves to make her laugh. I don't think there is anything more cute than watching your children giggle at each other. It's so nice when they entertain each other. I am so in love with my cute kiddos!

Smile!

Love. Love. Love. This. Girl.

Happy Halloween!

Colton insisted on me blowing bubble after bubble!

Using his sword to knock on the door.
We ended the night trick-or-treating a few more houses with the Dicksons'. Luckily they only live 5 minutes from my parents' house.

Trick-or-Treat!

After every house he would want to eat the candy they gave him right away.

My cute little kitty!
We started the evening off with my mom. (My dad is out of town) She cooked us a delicious dinner and made candy apples for dessert. Then we went trick-or-treating around her block. We were skeptical at how Colton would react to going door to door but he quickly caught on. He said "chrick-er-cheet" and was ecstatic when they handed him candy.
A couple cute things he learned to do:
He kept pointing to the moon and howling like a wolf throughout the night.
When we ask how old he is, he says "tchew" and holds up a different amount of fingers each time.

Captain Jack Sparrow

It took about 10 seconds for him to get over the wig.

Ghostess with the Mostest!

Hawaii here we come...again!

Brekyn & I with matching polka dot swimsuits

Surfing Gaschambers on the North Shore

Cheeseburger in Paradise in Waikiki
Napping in her sand bed that Devin made for her.
We went to the beach, surfed, and hung out with our friends everyday. My mom and Devon's mom split the 9 days up with Colton and we brought Brekyn along with us. My dad got us tickets out there since the whole family was supposed to go but plans fell through and he still sent us. So, thanks dad!!!
