Yesterday we surfed and relaxed at the beach all day. We met up with friends and had a great time! When I went swimming I came across the most massive shell! It is the largest one I've ever found and I was so excited! When we were leaving the beach, Devin found a ledge and decided to do a backflip. Unfortunately, my timing was a little off with the picture, but I assure you he landed it like a stud! We have several additional witnesses!

Baby Raegan Is Finally Here!
She's Back!
My best friend Becky is back from Ethiopia (Africa!!!) after three long months. She was doing service for her church and got to work alot with children. She really loved the people and I am so proud of her commitment and selflessness. She is an amazing person and I am so lucky to have a friend like her!
Return With Honor
My little brother (Elder Cameron Taylor Glassman) left the MTC in Provo, UT on March 24th to serve as a missionary for the LDS church in ARGENTINA! I am so happy and proud of him. He is such a righteous and amazing person and I have so much faith in him. I know he will be a great missionary and be blessed for all of his hard work. I miss him and he will continue to be in my prayers.

Hawaiian Holiday!
Since Wednesday was an official Hawaiian holiday in honor of Prince Kuhio, there was no work or school for us. On Tuesday night we got together for a bonfire at the beach at Pounders with Dan & Jonna, Katie & Brent, and Meg & Corbin. We had alot of fun getting cozy by the fire & eating s'mores. The boys went crab hunting with flashlights and pellet guns. They shot a couple of big ones! On Wednesday we woke up and went surfing. We had a fun day at the beach and at night we met up with our friends for a BBQ at Katie & Brent's. We both agreed that all Wednesdays should be holidays!

Happy Easter!
This weekend was alot of fun! We had a girls night at Meg's house and dyed easter eggs. Jonna made delicious lemon bars (which I discovered a new found love for) and Katie made some tasty oreo cookies. Some of the husband got together and went to see two movies at the theater in Kaneohe and then played some cards.

It's Raining...It's Pouring!!!
Devin and I decided to take a nice Sunday stroll. We walked along the beach and enjoyed the beautiful sunset. It was getting cloudy but we thought we'd be safe from rain. It started to sprinkle so we decided to make a run to where we stashed our slippers and start heading home. Suddenly, it started pouring on us. It took about 10 minutes to walk home (by then we gave up on running) and we couldn't stop laughing at our bad luck. As you can imagine, we were absolutely drenched when we finally got there!

The New Martha Stewarts
Haagen-Daz Addiction!
Back to Blonde!!!
When we got married Devin had heart failure when he found out how high maintenance blonde hair was. With the cost and how frequent I would need my hair colored, we realized it was out of our budget. I've been patient long enough, and I have been blessed! My new good friend Lexi is a hairstylest and for an affordable price. She went to the Paul Mitchel beauty school in Huntington Beach and I think she is awesome! So, I finally got to go back to blonde! I MISSED IT! Devin loves it and he missed it so much too!

Pipeline and B.J. Penn
Blue Crush Re-Make
Saturday was quite eventful! Devin and I met up with a group of our friends at Pipeline. So me, Jonna, Meg, & Katie decided we could hang where our husbands were surfing. (We stayed on the shoulder.) When I caught my first wave of the session, it was such an adrenaline rush! It was pretty shallow & I could see the reef through the clear water as I rode down the face of the wave. It was so intense! I had a lot of super fun waves that followed, but the first one gave me the biggest rush. It was scary when I got caught on the inside a couple of times when the set waves came through. I really thought I was going to die. I couldn't duck dive either of them and I had to ditch my board. It was so freaky!
So after a wave, I was paddling back to my friends on the shoulder and I see BJ Penn of the UFC! I started talking with him how my husband and I were just watching one of his fights earlier on t.v. (Devin is a major fan) I told him "It was the fight against....oh, what's his name, the guy that you kissed at the end of the fight...". He started laughing, "oh, Matt Hughes." Then he told me he had a fight coming up on May 24th. I wished him luck and then kept paddling to my friends. It was so cool! He was super nice.

Pipeline massacre!
Let's just say Devin is optimistic about his surf board being broken in half at Pipeline...atleast he gets a new one! (guilt free) He ended up with a few gashes from the reef, but overall survived the massacre. I guess next time he'll think twice before trying to surf with one fin. His board normally has three fins, but he lost one of them a couple days before from an intense surf session, so decided to take an additional fin off and leave just the center one. Not a good idea! I nursed his wounds but he'll have a manly battle scar to tell our kids about.

Movie Night at Kawela Bay
Last weekend Jared and Devin had the urge to watch a movie and have a sleepover on the beach. (Of course with Lexi and I too!) I love camping, but they wanted to do this "old school" with no tent. So after they finally convinced us to go, we arrive at Kawela Bay with our pillows & blankets and have to climb a gate that has a "no trespassing" sign.(not an easy task) We finally find a good spot and set up camp. Devin built a sand wall so if the tide rose while we were sleeping we wouldn't get wet. It was a beautiful night and we saw a shooting star. Jared brought his laptop and we watched Pirates of the Caribbean: 3. By the end of the movie the boys were totally over it. They were done with the uneven sand we would be sleeping on and the insane amount of mosquitos. On our way back to the car, we saw a big turtle sleeping on the beach. When we got to the "no trespassing" sign someone decided to try to open it and...it was unlocked! Apparently we had climbed it earlier for no reason except to add to the adventure. It was a fun night!
Day at Rockpiles
For President's Day we went to the beach! (big surprise, huh?) We went with Jared and Lexi and I was the videographer for the day. We went to a surf spot called "Rockpiles" to the left of Pipeline. The boys surfed while Lexi and I sat on the rocks. They were shredding! After their surf session we ate Thai food in Haleiwa and topped it off with some Matsumotos shaved ice. It was a fun holiday!
