Our flight to North Carolina was not his first. He has flown 4 times previously, but this was his first flight as a 2 and a 1/2 year old.
Colton was so cute with his Lightening McQueen roller bag in tow. It contained all his snacks, toys, and coloring books to keep him occupied on the plane.
This was the best Christmas ever! Having 2 cute little kids to snuggle in their pajamas is priceless. When the kids woke up they went downstairs to see what Santa brought them. Then we headed to the Dickson's where we exchanged gifts and ate a delicious breakfast my sister-in-law Natalie prepared. After breakfast we went back to my parents house. My mom made the traditional chocolate waffle breakfast and Colton was in heaven. Then we opened presents! Later in the evening we had a big family dinner.
We ended the night at my parents' home where we got to open up our Christmas Eve pajamas. Colton and Brekyn had the same pj's in different colors. My mom and I had the same ones in a different color also. Tanner's pajamas stole the show. When he came downstairs Colton pointed to him and said "Monkey...ooh ooh ahh ahh!" Yes, my brother Devon had bought him a pair of footsie pajamas when he was studying abroad at Oxford. After we put the kids to bed my brothers helped me on my dance moves. I have perfected the art of the Dougie, the Bernie, and the Cat Daddy. I couldn't stop laughing at Tanner in his monkey pajamas and Cameron in his Thuggie Sweatshirt.

We enjoyed dinner and a nativity skit to celebrate Christmas Eve at the Dickson's. We are tremendously blessed to have an abundance of family living nearby.
Every year we meet up with my mom's side of the family for Christmas Eve. They changed the time to the afternoon to accommodate everyone going to their in-laws home too. Unfortunately, Devin stayed home for Colton to take his nap.
Hanukkah with the Glassman's was held at Aunt Shelley and Uncle Andrew's home this year. It included a delicious dinner, palm reading by Uncle Richard, playing pool, and opening Hanukkah gifts.
