Colton's Baby Blessing and 2 Month Stats

Last Sunday was Colton's baby blessing. It was such a special day and it was great to have so many family and friends there to share it with.

Colton had his 2 month doctor's visit on Wednesday September 2nd. Here are his stats:

Weight- 12 pounds 11 ounces (in the 76%)

Height- 23 inches long (in the 54%)

Bel-air Pool Party/Golfing

Last weekend we went to Bel-air for a pool party with the Dickson Family. Kiki's boyfriend Matt barbequed chicken, sausage, and tri-tip steak...delicious! It was so fun hanging with the family and relaxing in the salt water pool. Saturday night we hung out with my brother Devon and his wife Whitney. We got dinner with my parents and then went to the driving range.

Our 3 Year Anniversary!

On August 26th 2006 we were married for time and all eternity in the Newport Beach Temple. Here are some pics of us before we were married. To celebrate our 3 years of marriage we had my mom babysit Colton and we went to a brazilian steakhouse for dinner and then went to see a movie.

The lake was the best vacation ever! It was so relaxing and flying was a piece of cake. We hope we get to go back next year.

My sister-in-law Whitney's family lives in North Carolina and her grandparents have two houses on White Lake. My family got to stay in one of the houses for a week and we had a blast. One of the days we drove a little over an hour to Myrtle Beach in South Carolina. It was Colton's first day at the beach and dip in the ocean. The great thing about the Atlantic ocean was how warm the water is. Perfect for the baby!

Tandem Wakeboarding!

Devin and I tried tandem wakeboarding for the first time. We've tandem surfed a few times so we thought we'd give this a try. We got up on our second attempt and it was alot of fun. It worked out nicely since Devin rides goofy and I ride regular so we could stand comfortably on the same board. My job was to basically just wrap around Devin as tight as I could while he pulled us up out of the water. Then I just climbed down and rode on the wakeboard with him.

Orange County Fair!

We went to the Orange County Fair and had a ton of fun. I ate the best snow cone ever and had a corn dog and carmeled apple...delicious! Devin had a gigantic turkey leg. Colton got to take his first ferris wheel ride. Devin did that game where you hit the hammer as hard as you can and won me a stuffed animal. (We won't mention how big it was to protect his pride.)

I love Colton so much. He has been smiling so much lately and it's the most adorable thing in the world. I love being a mommy. He makes me so happy.
