Independence Day

Colton oooohed and awwwed at the fireworks show.

We went to the pool and bbq with the Dicksons before nap time and after we did some fireworks and had birthday cake for Colton and I. Then we went to the fireworks show with all the family.

Jessica's Wedding

Jessica and Robert were married July 2nd at the Forester Mansion.

Happy Birthday Colton!

Colton turned 2 on July 2nd. I had Jessica's wedding that day so when Colton woke up we had his presents all lined up and ready for him to play with. We sang "Happy Birthday" as he came out of the room and as soon as he saw the presents his face lit up. His favorite gift is his lawn mower.

Balboa Island

We've been making frequent stops at Balboa Island for Colton to enjoy beach time. He loves to play in the bay where there aren't waves and it's shallow water.

Jessica's Bridal Shower

I have three best friends from high school- Tawny, Becky, and Jessica. We played soccer together and we've become so close over the years. They were my bridesmaids when Devin and I got married in 2006. Nearly 5 years later and I'm excited to announce that Jessica was married on July 2nd, 2011 to her sweetheart Robert. It was so fun to attend her bridal shower and be a part of her wedding day as one of her bridesmaids.
