4 Month Stats!

Colton loves his new book! Thanks Stephanie!

Colton had his 4 month check-up on Monday last week. He got his shots and did so well for the first two but on the third he lost it! It was so hard to watch my poor little guy. The doctor said he's looking great and healthy. This is his new book and he loves to play with it because it also makes noise as he touches it. Here are his current stats:
Weight: 16 pounds 3 ounces
72%
Height: 25 inches
48%

Veteran's Day!

Devin didn't have work on Veteran's Day so we headed to LA for the day. We went to the Museum of Tolerance where we learned about the Holocaust and similar events throughout history as well. For those of you that don't already know, I'm half jewish and I love that about my heritage. It was sad to learn more of such a devastating time but a great lesson they taught was to learn from history and to be tolerant of others no matter their race, culture, or religion. After the museum we went by the La Brea tar pits and then got dinner and went to Diddy Riese for dessert. Yum! It was so great spending time together as a family!

First Hair Cut!

Goodbye Mullet and Yamaka

Mommy, what is daddy doing to me?
Devin was tired of people commenting on Colton's hair so he got out the clippers. I wasn't a fan of the idea at first but I'm glad he did it because he did a great job. Colton was so calm through the entire cut.

Colton's First Feast!

He was a little nervous...
I was soooo proud!
He did so well for his first time eating carrot baby food!
Yummy!
Good job Colton! You crack us up!
Colton was so adorable for his first time eating baby food. On Monday November 2nd he turned 4 months old. He hasn't rolled over yet, he gets stuck on his side. He enjoys his playmat and bumbo and loves to grab blankets and toys!

BYU Football's #1 Fan!

Thanks Grandpa Mark for my awesome BYU football jersey! When I'm older you'll have to take me to my first game!

Colton's First Halloween!

On Halloween night we went up to Devin's parents house so Colton could trick-or-treat with his cousins. He was so adorable in his costume and we had a fun night of eating candy and pumpkin seeds.

Trunk-or-Treat

We went to our ward's trunk-or-treat Halloween party last Friday night. We had a lot of junk food and swore it would end after the Halloween weekend. I love this picture because Colton is waving to the camera. He is too funny!

Visiting Daddy at Work!

Last week we went to visit Devin at work and, in the theme of Halloween, we brought pumpkin chocolate chip cookies and candy. Colton wore his monkey costume and even held on to his pumpkin jack-o-lantern all by himself.
